My Gucci sunglasses broke in less than 4 days of usage and the store refuses to issue a refund, an identical copy, or even a repair! Customer service claims I am a liar, and that it is quite a tragedy. I will avoid shopping here, and will take this matters into accounts with my credit cards. I have seen better customer service from local restaurants.
