They were really helpful when our 1st computer wouldnt charge past 96% and the battery died as soon as soon as we took it off the charger. The replaced it with another computer, unfortunately when we got that one home it would not turn on. They never answer the phone so I have to go back again which is a real pain in the butt when you have two children under 3. If they would just answer the phone...

Stop HERE! These people know their stuff and the prices are what they SHOULD be, not what a big box store charges. Friendly smart staff. Ma & Pa business feel. Hes tweaking a tiny Win10 laptop for me with more memory and better processor for a price you probably wouldnt find online.
