I was weary of walking into a dress boutique without an appointment. Once I walked in the owner told me to make myself comfortable and let me look around for a few minutes before asking me what I was looking for. Most places interrogate you with what kind of dress you want and when you tell them they pick hideous styles. NOT HER!! She asked a few key questions and pulled a few dresses. Once I seen the dresses she pulled my anxiety was pushed aside... she actually listened to me and pulled styles I liked (Im very picky and NEVER let people pick out clothes for me especially not my wedding dress) It was what I was looking for and my taste & sensibility. She wasnt rude like other places were to me, & she was helpful without being OVERLY up my behind. I love this place, real down to earth & I will be going back to order my dress & bridesmaid dresses!

I purchased my wedding dress from the shop two years ago. It was an amazing experience. I spoke with the owner who picked out my gown. It was something I would never have picked, but she listened to me and found the best dress for me. I also saw some bridesmaid dresses in another shop and she was able to order them for me so that I could do everything in one place. The staff is so friendly and kind. Now I am a bridesmaid in a wedding and we found ourselves at Ragtime. Once again, the staff is courteous and friendly. It is great to work with the owner again. They have shoes, undergarments, and other fun things for weddings. Good prices, great selection as well. Highly recommended!

The store is small, messy and disorganized. Not much of a selection. The "fitting room" was a dark messy closet with a mirror. No one helped me at all - the girl gave me 5 dresses to try on, and then I was left alone while she and the seamstress stood around chatting. The owner was supposed to check on delivery time for a gown from a specific vendor, but I never heard from her again. I ended up buying my beautiful wedding gown elsewhere, and had a wonderful experience!

I didnt end up buying a wedding dress there, but I had a great shopping experience! Salesperson had a great eye for picking out dresses that were flattering on me, and was very genuine and patient! I ended up going back to get another formal gown there and had another nice experience there. I would recommend this store. Prices are competitive also.

The women there, especially the owner, are so nice and go out of their way to make sure you have the nest experience possible. I cant say enough nice things!
