Not good. The pricing in the store is the problem . I bought 3 patterns ,when i was looking for the patterns and the clerk was helping me she told me the Simplicity patterns were $3.00 when i went to pay for them they were now double in price .when i mentioned it she pointed to another sign behind ,that was not visible.She was helping me and never mentioned the price for others were double while they were all mixed in. I also bought some large snaps that were i thought over priced at $9.50 , when i peeled back the price after coming home there was $4.00 sticker underneath. And on top of that I bought a small piece of white cotton to mend something The sign said $2.00 per yd, it was 1.5 yds They charged me $4.50 for the piece . I thought the total amount was more than i roughly calculated in my head. No wonder the store was empty except for me . I wont go back there .

This is a wonderful place to shop for kid projects, school projects, quick sewing projects. The staff (and the owner) are creative and well-informed. The stock is the ebb and flow of remnants, but there are great pieces to be found. Shop also has a good collection of notions. It reminds me of shops all across Pennsylvania and Upstate NY. But its convenient for Huntington, Smithtown, Babylon. Next closest fabric shop? Small store in Huntington Station and Jo-Ann Fabrics in Centereach! Good store.

I dont know what these people are talking about but I love this store. They have great prices.... sure not everything is $1-$3 but they dont claim that. I have gone in many times and found things very cheap, especially compaired to Jo-Anns. The people are very friendly... two thumbs up!

The selection was great and the prices were quite reasonable. It beats most larger stores in both these qualities. The store could be a bit more organized though.
