It was my Dads birthday and I had waited til the last days to get his present of getting his bike street ready and a tune-up. I could not have imagined how long of a waiting list most shops have! Santiagos was a life saver and helped to make my dads bday great! I cant say enough about them, quick turn around, Knowledgeable AND Friendly AND Helpful; met Jeff, Bryce and a lovely lady who all upheld excellent service -Thank You! You made me feel welcome, gave me plenty of stocked items and prices I could afford, did I mention Helpful and Attentive! Finally a business who values the money they receive from their customers...I definitely walked out feeling they gave me more than I paid for. Great business ethics. More companies should follow their model and values of excellent customer service. Cant believe more people dont know about this place! Call this place first, I look forward to giving them more of my money!

Santiago Cycle is one of the best bike shops in Orange County. The new owners Jeff and Karen are wonderful, will go the extra step to try and get you what you want. Bryce the mechanic knows his stuff. You will always be greeted with a warm friendly smile. I have been shopping at this shop for over 11 years, Jeff and Karen have been the owners now for almost a year. I was sorry to read the comment by bruin8 - just never had this experience with the prior owner or new owners. Wonderful Bike shop they even have a Cycling Clinic next door for anyone wanting to improve their cycling abilities.

Not sure if you can trust this place at their word. I was told a bike was one price and the staff held the bike for me so I could come back a few hours later and purchase. When I returned I was told the price was a couple hundred dollars higher, which they were aware I could not afford. Now the staff was friendly, but they knew my budget when I had originally asked what they had in my price range. Also saw that the price tag on the bike was indeed the lower amount. Frankly false advertising like this makes a business seem erratic from a consumer perspective.

This is a bike shop where I was greeted immediately when I entered first time. Jeff and his staff make sure customers get bike which fits them well. I am a newbie and have had lots of questions. They were patiently answering even the silliest questions. They were not pushy at all and when I was confused, they even suggested to take time, think through and get back.. Just an awesome experience! Bryce got me setup on a new mountain bike (my first, being a road cyclist), and I have since been out on their Saturday morning road ride. Bryce, Karen, and Jeff lend this store a very personal quality that you dont get from big name chain stores, so I will continue coming back for all my cycling needs as long as Im in southern California!

The wonderful Santiago Cycling folks saved my day at the Breathless Agony Century ride today. I had a tire suffer a catastrophic failure and I thought my ride was finished. They gave me (as in free of charge) a brand new tire which allowed me to complete the ride. Thank you Santiago Cycling for helping me and for supporting our sport!

I visited the shop on the recommendation of a friend who frequented it. The owner Robert is a very nice, helpful guy. A great selection of Trek bikes (highly recommended) at fair prices. I came in on a weekday when the store was not busy at all. It appeared that the person working there was busy on the computer. I said hello and asked if I could be helped. I was ignored and even tried making eye contact with the employee. It was a strange experience indeed.
