Jeff is always knowledgeable and makes sure you have a good understanding of any animal you might wanna buy and never tries to upsell unnecessary accessories. He also provides pet sitting which is great since finding someone to care for reptiles if u ever go on a trip can be hard. Great store to visit for education and first time owners and a great resource for veteran reptile owners!

So today I just picked up my reptiles from this place from a 2 week vacation to find out that one of my frogs has passed away and the owner/breeder of this place is Jeff Porto,he said he feels bad when something under his watch passes u and i would too if i was him he gave me a free one so if I could give him 20 stars I would do it no doubts.

Jeff is great.. he helped my kids 11 and 7 to pick out the best reptile for their first pet according to experience and personality. Most people dont take the time to know their customers like he does. Based on my kids commitment and personality, they decided on a crested gecko.. awesome pet.. thanks jeff

Very experienced and knowdlegable staff. Awesome place to just walk around and see all the exotic animals (anacondas, monitor lizard, ect). Would recommend to anyone and will go again!
