I was very disappointed with the bouquet that I ordered for my mother and even more disappointed by Grohes response when I called to complain. I ordered a $50 Mothers Day bouquet (total charge was $65 with delivery) and specifically requested no carnations. My mother sent me a picture of the flowers and much to my surprise, there were many carnations in the bouquet . Honestly, the flowers looked a $15 grocery store bouquet. When I called to express my disappointment, the florist said, "What do you want me to do about it? You need to understand it was really busy here yesterday". In the end, I was refunded $25 . Needless to say, I would never recommend this florist.

I ordered the Vibrant Sympathy potted plant for my grandmothers 70th birthday. My grandma sent me a picture of the the plant and it looked nothing like the picture, except maybe the type of flower and the pot. Instead of a more potted plant, it looked like a pit of flowers with some random leaves sticking out. I was pretty disappointed with how it turned out since we paid $80 for everything. I expected the plant to look like how the picture looked. Makes me question how well the "best" option looks like since I feel like Ive been lied to about the product Ive purchase. They did a good job delivering, I give them credit for that.

Being on vacation from Southern California in early August, my partner and I were in Santa Rosa to have lunch with his daughter and her husband. I realized that my grandparents were buried in Santa Rosa Memorial Park. So, on a whim, we decided to visit their grave. I looked up from my cell phone GPS (I wasnt driving), and there was Grohe Florist. They were very friendly, asked me how much I wanted to spend (a blonde woman helped us), and proceeded to put together the most beautiful bouquet to lay on a grave. It made my day. Thank you!

I ordered a bouquet on-line and mary called me back and said that unfortunately, it was unavailable. she offered some alternatives but i dont know a lily from a rose so left it to her to come up with something. i also told her it was to my friend whos mother had just passed. my friend called and said the bouquet was BEAUTIFUL! and when i saw it a few days later i was shocked! mary had gone with a white theme (as in my original order) and made it a stunning centerpiece for the memorial. thank you so much for your thoughtfulness!

My mom had flowers delivered to my daughter for her birthday. They were delivered to the trailer across the street, left on the doorstep in 100 degree heat. When I called to complain the woman on the phone was rude, unaccommodating and basically says, too bad, we tried to get someone to answer the door, and couldnt so we just left them. I seriously would NOT recommend using this Grohe florist. Our address is clearly marked on the front of our house and my husband was home when the flowers were delivered to the wrong house...

Placed an order online yesterday. They asked for a call to discuss specific delivery times; I called, and the florist told me in friendly terms that they would try to accomodate my request, but that they would likely not be able to do so. Today, I found that my arrangement, beautifully done, had been delivered right on time with my original request. Im glad to go with a local florist, and Grohe exceeded my expectations. Id be glad to order from them again.

When I met with Grohe Florist and Julie, I knew I wanted them to do my wedding flowers. I don’t know a lot about flowers, so I let Julie know my colors/theme, etc… and she did a phenomenal job! Julie was very professional, had great communication and very talented. My guests are still talking about how beautiful the flowers were. I highly recommend Grohe Florists and Julie!

Bert - Do they specialize in Berts? I called them from Atlanta with a request that they deliver a fresh and unique arrangement to our hotel. The flowers - obviously hand selected and originally arranged - were waiting in our room when we arrived to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. You should have seen the look on my wifes face!

I live in Virginia and have ordered flowers for my wife on two occasions when she visited her parents in Santa Rosa. On both occasions the flowers were beautiful, fresh, and reasonably priced. This last time the flowers looked fine after ten days. The service was very friendly. The are my go to florist in Santa Rosa.
