Friendly staff. Love the tea lattes, but its hit or miss as to whether they give you foam. Even if you specifically ask for extra foam, you may get none. I think they dont consider it as an essential element of a tea latte like it is in a cappuccino.

My sister-in-law and I discovered this place after dropping off my nephew & niece off for zoo camp at Santa Ana Zoo. Its near the freeway and very convenient location. Staff is always helpful with clean bathroom.

Always good coffee, and excellent service at every location Ive visited. This location was hard to find with the spot blending in with the rest of the strip mall.

The Black Forest Ice Blended is so decadent - it puts Starbucks Frappucinos to shame. It is a blended mocha with cherries and chocolate covered espresso beans.
