I love this place! First time I went I got a hot chai latte that was one of the best chai lattes Ive ever had! The staff was so friendly and easy to talk to and told me all about their different kinds of chai... Including chocolate chai! Then I came back for a breakfast sandwich flatbread which was ok, came back again for an iced chai which was not as good as the hot one. The ice chai was not as good because it tastes kind of warm, not hot, but with ice, Id probably ask for more ice next time cause I couldnt even finish it. I either like my drinks hot or cold, not in between. However, I will return for more!!

Ive been going here for about 4 years Monday through Friday. If you want some exceptional coffees and teas definitely stop in here. Its a family owned business, and they come at it with an approach of researching and delivering the highest quality products. I highly recommend trying out one of their single origin slow brew Kyotos. The robust flavor, low acidity, and high caffeine content will have you rethinking your ideas about coffee. Oh and always good vibes, and great customer service!

Really enjoyed their iced pomegranate green tea. Will have to try their cold brew on my next visit. Would recommend finding this place and wont be let down. Beware: you have to enter after taco bell (if youre headed towards freeway) or cut through back of parking lot if you enter before (which is taco bells and byblos parking lot) I was impressed with the quality and variety of everything offered. Great customer service. WAY better than sbucks!

In my most recent visit, I have 2 say,. "KUDOS"! 2 the NEW Owners! U R coming up with your own independent marketing ideas 2 help boost biz! They have also gotten better quality foods in there! The Owner & Staff alike.... Have treated me like a Queen! The level of people I interact with are above par here! So, if u arent big on social atmosphere....then you wouldnt notice just how much Positive & Friendly Energy is flowing through this place!

I work right by this place so I stopped by one day to try it out versus the Starbucks across the street. They had amazing coffee and they staff was amazing. I was running short on cash that day and was like 50 cents short and the young lady helped me out and was very nice about it. I recommend this place not only for its delicious coffee but also for its super friendly and kind hearted employees

The owner has a passion for the art of coffee! There is a science behind the perfect cup and he knows it well,just ask him! I think his name is Jeff. We went in on a training day. They werent open but he let us in and we got to try lots of specialty drinks. All very good. I encourage everyone to put down the green straw and try these local gems that are true coffee shops!

Great place to stop in for a coffee break or to get some work done. I tried the chai latte, which was great! You can customize it with non fat milk or almond milk or soy milk. They also have some good sandwich and avocado toast options, in addition to pastries. The wifi password is on your receipt, so be sure to ask for one if you plan on getting some work done here.

This coffeeshop is easily my favorite and the favorite of many of my friends because the great coffee and the really great staff. They recognize you, know your order and have an overall friendly vibe. You can tell they like working at Its a Grind. The comfortable chairs, the always super clean bathroom and the quick free wifi are also reasons to come here.

Its my first time here today and the customer service was excellent. I asked for help to order since I havent been here before and the lady was very helpful. I enjoyed my coffee and the breakfast sandwich on the warm crispy croissant was delicious. A friend told me about this place and I cant wait to come back

SO much better than Starbucks! This place has a really cool and laid back feel to it. Tons of comfy chairs, huge tables to work at, etc. Their iced teas are my favorite, I especially love that theres actually TEA in there and not just a ton of ice like most places. Wish they had more locations!

Great coffee, and a nice peaceful place to work. they take brewing seriously, with multiple roasts and many methods of brewing. I was interested in trying different roast types, so batista offered to let me sample nearly a dozen types. They have a few unique cold brew styles and pour over etc.

As a cafe to work and chat, it does the job. Music is mellow and cute small tables. Plenty of outdoor seating, which is nice. Only one outlet by the worktables inside that I can see. Three stars is for the bitter bitter coffee that cream and sugar couldnt save. Was this review …?

A hidden gem! A good place to work at a coffee shop when needing to get out of the house or office. Enough space,outlets, and parking. Comfortable and a great balance between background noise and quiet. I almost dont want to rate it so high to keep it hidden!

Family owned, and the highest quality products. Youll never drink bitter, burnt mermaid juice again. They calibrate their espresso machine constantly plus they have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. A must stop shop if you are in Anaheim!

I had a White Chocolate Ghirardelli Iced Mocha and a Sriracha Chicken lunch sandwich and they were both amazing. The prices are a bit on the high side, but not too much. Its definitely worth the try. Ill personally be coming back again. Delicious!

The pastries are old than dirt, and the new owners seem to superficial. That really does bother me. Also, the coffee is a little stale and too pricey, besides if you came here to get on the Internet, its not free and slower than dial up!
