Years ago I bought my current mattress at this store. The price was affordable, the mattress has lasted me to this day and its all been good. That was seriously the best experience I had with this particular store. Yesterday, though, I contacted Sears customer service after having gone into the Sears store over in Terra Linda to get a new head for my weed wacker. Once we found the head we were looking for, we had to go to 3 different checkouts to find one that would actually take us. Then, when we tried the spool on the wacker, it didnt fit. We instantly went back into the store for a refund. It was an hour wasted they ought to be ashamed.

Good service and fair prices. Old school shopping in a new world. I felt like a granny going to their lingerie department(jk). Very good selection of home products, highly recommend.
