There are few things Ill walk half an hour to, but Ill do it every week to have a hot Zaatar out of the oven. What is that? Well they have samples on the counter, its the flatbread looking thing with the green crumbly stuff all over it. There are other samples of pita they make, and apparently you can eat the olives too. I dont actually know what Zaatar is, I mean I googled it, but all I really know is that they throw these dough balls into this brick oven fire and it comes out tasty. I watch the guy do it, hes really good with that giant spatula shovel. If you dont intend to walk there, they have plenty of parking. Using a car would be easier to carry all the groceries.

The prepared food is great. However, be aware that if you purchase something for less than $10 and want to use a credit card, they will inform you that there is a $ .50 charge for this. I have been going this deli for over ten years. It was a much more pleasant, neighborhood feeling sort of place under the old owners. Products I used to purchase here are now less expensive at Trader Joes, for example, grape seed oil (also called rapeseed oil). As a result, I come to this place less. I have tried to explain my observations to the new owners but they seem not to listen and to feel that they know best.

We love this place, the vegetables are priced great and more important the best tasting we have found. The owner and everyone that works there is so friendly. Their customer service is great, they will fix something however you want it. The meat is wonderful and they will mix the kefta for you. I recommend the shwarma and the kebab, the baba ganoush and the tabbouli. Pretty much everything I have tried is wonderful there. Try the sesame bread warm from the oven, it is yummy! Fadi is great at check out also!

Please check weight accuracy for purchase of goat leg as there is almost a one pound difference in weight at checkout. I was charged for 3.19 pounds (@ 9.69$/pound) and the meat handed over to me was JUST 2.19 pounds. When we called to inform of the discrepancy, we were outrightly told to check with the butcher.

The shop time is wrongly mentioned. The shop starts at 9AM and closes at 8:30PM. Please correct it. I love the goat and sheep meat over there. Moreover the Onions and Potatoes are really good in Aladdin Gourmet.

The owner is a paranoid person, not sure if they have a shoplifting problem or not but he keeps following shoppers around in this small store and outright harassing them, also some of the food products are expired.

Awesome shawarma wraps, good tea selection, multitude of spices and items for middle eastern, Mediterranean and Indian cooking. Hookah stuff, bellydance music, regional beers and booze, no nonsense staff.
