When Im going to a party or a dinner at a friends home, I usually run in and buy flowers from Trader Jose to bring to the hosts. I do like the convenience and price, but I found a new place (new to me) that has all of that PLUS the personal touch and warmth of a small town business. I got the most FABULOUS bouquet for an unbelieving low price! Wilfred greeted me with a huge smile and gave me amazing personal service!! I will be going to Mystic Garden Florist from now on for my flowers for sure!!

Yesterday evening we ordered a last minute funeral spray for delivery to the church this morning. Perry was very pleasant and accommodating, assuring us the spray would be there. We mentioned that the deceased was proud of his Irish heritage and Perry immediately suggested Bells of Ireland and gladiolas for the arrangement. They were simply beautiful and stood out from all the other arrangements!

This is what I call customer service ! Our shops in France could definetly learn from such professionals ! My request was a bit special with no US phone number, a specific address and a 9 hours time difference.. But everything was handled perfectly and my girlfriend was very happy with her bouquet for a Birthday !! The best in SF !!
