Great customer service all around! I was searching The entire Bay area for a specific power wheels electric car for my son for his birthday. This toys r us had the only 1 in the entire Bay area from Santa Rosa to San Jose. They placed it on hold for me and were very friendly during the purchase process as well as helping me get loaded up. I would definitely shop here again.

This place is awful. I put an item on hold for someone to pick up a few hours later. Not only could they not find the item, but they tried to sell him something twice the cost. It took him over an hour to get out of there when it should have taken just a few minutes. Their customer service is terrible.

I called at the beginning of December to try and stop marketing mailouts for people who no longer live at this address. They are still arriving at the end of March. Please DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL INFO. Pay cash - better yet, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and go to garage sales.
