I bring in a bunch of name brand baby stuff yesterday not stuff you buy from Wal-Mart. They tell me I can look around while they go threw it. That was a bad mistake. So Im looking around when there done they find me ans tell me 32$. I laughed and said Ill see what all they wanted. I go up to the front and look around for my stuff. I ask the worker who was ride from the minute we walked in,where my stuff was and she told me it was probably underneath the clothes of the next customer the manager was helping. So I look at what I have left and of course they took all the Nordstrom shoes, and 501 wranglers that where still brand new. I didnt have a choice but to take the 32$. I told the ride worker while being polite the hole time, still even after they ripped me off, that they got a killer deal. She tells my they pay out 15-20%. BS. And I will be looking into that. I dont expect top dollar or what I paid for it but I didnt bring them in junk. And they all could pass as brand new but without tags. They worker and manager where so rude. I should have lisented to my gut when I first walked in. And who runs a business like that? You would think that they would set aside the stuff they wanted of yours, so you could see exactly what they want but they know they are ripping you off so they just throw it in with everyone elses stuff.

The people that work at this store are very rude,To be honest i dont even think they like kids. I came in with a swing hardly used before and the lady was going to give me a great price on it,But then the owner im guessing seem to get upset and a attitude and told her that it was too much to give me and told her to drop the price to pay me for my swing.They are rude,selfish people.They dont try to help you around,And i think what bugs me the most(Like i said) They are not fasinated in kids at all,If your gunna own a baby store dont you think you would like kids? BTW,The have the worst hours i have ever seen before.

I am a new father I am 20 years old and am stuggling to provide for my family I went in there with my last bit of money to buy a car seat. The car seat was the wrong sizwe and they refused to return it . I didnt use it at all I called 10 miniits later and try to teturn It and they wouldnt even let me return or exchange Itafter purchasing it and they said the bestwe can do is buy it back for less then wah I payyed for it

Good place to buy but terrible place to sell and trade. I brought in items that were in perfect condition and had the original boxes and they didnt give me a good deal on any of it. The owner and her employee were very rude to me the whole time even though I was being nice. I had my 10 month old daughter with me as well and they seemed annoyed by her. Im never doing business there again.

Overpriced for used clothing and toys. Would not shop here. Might as well go brand new for what they charge. This lady just cares about money. They dont smile here and one of the girls looks like she hates her job. Will cheat u if your selling your stuff then go price it for twice as much...

Love shopping here. You can find almost everything you need, in great condition and for better prices than anywhere else. Also, they will rebuy your stuff for 50% of their sell price, which seems very reasonable and convenient, since some baby gear is essential for only the first 6-8 months.

Great to have a baby gear consignment store - lots of gear and clothes, prices OK, love the $1 room! Kids corner with TV, toys and couches for nursing/taking a break. Generally good in terms of taking your items although sometimes they can be very picky. Get cash or store credit same day.

Good deals on items sold, I was happy with that. Customer service was terrible though. The women there were having a full on conversation with a group behind the counter. I was ignored until an employee came from the dollar room to check my stuff out for me.

The place is good overall. I agree better to buy then sell. I have had very friendly and unfriendly employees, it depends on who you get. I would recommend checking it out.
