I called to ask what time they were closing and was told "in one minute". I asked if there could stay open 3-4 more minutes, and they agreeably agreed, and welcomed me to get my pet purchase! This is not the only time I have frequented this pet store for my many pet needs having had many cats and now a puppy. Im looking forward to taking my Yorkie puppy to classes starting soon. I appreciate everything about this store, inside and out, meaning easy access and good parking, too. Great people work there! Thanks!

Last year I converted from that other company to Pet Food Express and I just regret not having done so sooner. What a pleasure to visit and shop! And the service at this location is particularly knowledgeable and accommodating. Thank you to everyone that helped me yesterday find the best food for my kitties. They are enjoying it now and Im already planning my next trip. Do not go anywhere else for your pet supplies. Pet Food Express is the only option!

The employees are so helpful! I went here for the pet clinic, but I had the wrong day. They kindly helped me find another clinic in the area asap! And they carry the Cosmic Cat Nip line, which is makes hours of entertainment for you and your crazed cats.

Great selection of dog and cat supplies. They also carry a smaller selection of other pet supplies. The store is clean, equipped with a large dog washing station, and run by friendly and helpful staff.

Called them at 8:22pm to see what time they closed. They said 8:30- so I raced over and they waited for me to get my cat food. Very friendly and clean! Plus great selection of better quality foods.

The prices are rather high, and some of the staff gets snooty if you actually know more than they do on a topic. Its a fairly pleasant place to shop if you dont mind paying a little more.
