I had to ship back 3 things from amazon. 2 already had a label and the other needed postage. The woman at the counter took my prepaid packages and gave me a receipt to prove that I did send back the packages. She said to get the receipt because sometimes things get lost in the mail and thats my insurance to show that I dropped it off and to track the package. For the other package, she weighed it and told me my options on shipping. I decided to go with the cheapest option. I like that they try their best to save you money. The ladies who worked here were friendly and provided great customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone living nearby. While I was there, I also had a key made. It works, so no complaints! They also have cute little knick knacks that they sell around the store.

Aweful I asked for free flat rate boxes that the post office bring to the store free to ship my items they said no, because I have to put my stuff inside there at the store and I had already showed up how inconvenient. I thought the idea of flat rate is a easy convinet price and a simple box I can ship.
