Even though this location is a single floor, the staff has done a good job keeping items off the floor. Floor staff were busy but still helpful and friendly. I didnt get a chance to check out the changing rooms since I was just here for a yoga mat and shirt. As usual, you can get some great deals at Ross if you know what youre looking for. As you enter, mens items are along the right hand side and womens are along the middle and left sides. Home items and toys are along the back wall and suitcases are along the front wall. The usual candy maze checkout looked like regular aisles so we accidentally lined up in the return line. Maybe the cashiers were talking a break but checkout was a bit slow for a quiet Tuesday night.

This opinion is based on 10+ years of experience at this store: Terribly managed or incredibly understaffed. Possibly both. Expect to wait 30 minutes to check out with 20-25 other people in line and only 2 checkers. Store is filthy and a mess. Every time I FINALLY exit I get in my car saying aloud, NEVER going back. Every 6 months I get optimistic. No. Just no.

Lines are super long to the point where it almost goes to the back of the store and only two cashiers . Being followed by security about 4 times while shopping. Parking is so small and compact where people use two parking spaces. Never come here again !
