Ive bought parts and computers from them since the mid 1990s. The best things about them are their skill, honesty and work ethic, including a personality that cant stand doing bad work. I own an IT business and regularly send overflow clients there. (The store still makes Windows 7 tower PCs, too, which is important for people avoiding dreaded Windows 8.x; plus they order major manufactures Win7 laptops.) Because their service is so good, the parts they use are also good (e.g., Kingston RAM), otherwise theyd have to service their products more. Anytime something went bad early (e.g., a hard drive), they knocked themselves out to fix and replace it. Ive bought nearly 100 computers there for clients over the years. This is my go-to local store. Im not sure, but I think most of the consumer-rating services, paid and free, rate this store the best or one of the best in the east bay. Perfection in a computer store is impossible, though, so what really counts is how the store handles problems. This raises them to the tip top level. They even work with at least one local homeless person who sometimes needs help with his stash of old computers.

The bank branch that I use is across the street from this place. I would look from the outside, but never would go in. Finally one day I went in to look around. Price wise I can find stuff cheaper, but if I needed to get a computer fixed, I would use them. In the few times that I have been in there, customers have been in to either pick up or drop off a computer that needs fixing, giving nothing but praises for there work. With the prices I have seen cheaper, but if one is into fixing or building there own computer, this is a great place to go to for parts that are needed...

My hard drive crashed on my desktop so they replaced my hard drive and took a few days to transfer all my data over to a new hard drive. It was a perfect transfer and the price was quite fair for how much time and attention they put into it. I really am grateful for what they did. They are fair, honest and super nice. Very rude. Terribly wrong advice. Overcharged. And totally taken advantage of. The worst pc tech store in tje entire bay area. Please dont waste your time and or your money. Because they will be moee than happy obliging you in that endeavor. Terrible terrible TERRIBLE!

My acer laptop wasnt charging after a fall and was completely out of juice. I took it to these guys. In less than 15 minutes, they troubleshot the situation, determined the problem was the AC adapter, and had me out the door with a new adapter for a fair price.

These guys have fixed several of my machines and in quick time too. Plus they seem able to handle about anything I throw at them regarding computers. I moved away but would still bring my machines to them.
