Beware! This company has super low prices but horrible customer service. I had a horrible experience with them during the last year. I spent more than $350 at Agns screen printing and still havent received my order of 50 hoodies, which was paid for on Dec. 5 2015. My first order with Agns was for 25 tshirts, which arrived late and printed incorrectly. When I called to speak with Dean about the error he asked me if I would keep the misprinted shirts in trade for a discount on another order. i figured everyone makes mistakes and I wanted to give Desn another chance. So I chose to visit a local print commonly to fix his mistake and decided to take his offer for a discounted order. I immediately placed an order for 50 hoodies. He told me that if I paid for these hoodies right away. He could go purchase the materials to print the hoodies before Christmas. I paid on for the hoodies that day on Dec. 5th 2015 and Dean said he would get the materials & have the finished hoodies shipped to me by Christmas. After Christmas, I began to message Dean to ask questions about my order to see when it would be delivered. He wasnt responding to my messages and when he did he would lie to me every time. He told me At least 5 different times that my hoodies were currently being printed and would ship the that next day. He continued to give me lies for almost 3 months. Its now Feb. 20, 2016 and I still havent received a single hoodie from Dean and now I havent heard back from him in weeks. Im still waiting for him to contact me to make this right.

I TALKED TO HIM ABOUT IF HE WAS CAPABLE TO DO A ORDER HE SAID YEAH NO PROBLEM I PLACE A ORDER DEPOSIT MONEY AND LEFT SHIRTS DEAN SAID 2 WEEK TURN AROUND OKAY? 2 WEEKS PASS CAME BACK HE SAID COME BACK TOMMOROW 3 MONTHS PASSED HE KEPT GIVING ME EXCUSES FROM MY LIGHT BILL GOT CUT TO IM IN COURI DINT COME TO THE SHOP EVEN THO HIS CAR IS OUTSIDE HIS SHOP ETC . HE TEXT ME WEEKS LATER HE WAS WORKING ON MY ORDER CAME TO HIS SHOP THE RETARD WAS PRINTING THE IMAGE UPSIDE DOWN . GAVE HIM MORE SHIRTS SINCE HE SAID HE WAS GONNA GIVE ME A ORDER FREE / DISCOUNT WRONG THING TO DO TOOK ANOTHER MONTH DIDNT DO THE FREE ORDER AND THE HE COULD NOT DO MY ORDER SAYING HE DOESNT HAVE THE BEST EQUIPMENT TO COMPLETE IT . IF YOU DONT HAVE THE EQUIPMENT WHY TAKE PEOPLES MONEY? ALL THE MONEY HE ROBS PEOPLE HE WASTE ON DRUGS HIS A DRUG ADDICT WORTHLESS PIECE OF S#I+ .. TO ALL THE PEOPLE STILL ORDERING STUFF FROM HIM DONT HE GIVES CHEAP PRICES BUT NOT WORTH PAY THAT EXTRA 30 DOLLARS FOR THE SCREEN SET UP . HE ONLY PRINTS ORDERS IF YOU ARE ACQUANTIED WITH HIM IF HE DOES COMPLETE YOUR ORDER EXPECT INK ON YOUR SHIRTS AND HE WILL HAVE THE NERVE TO GIVE THEM TO YOU LIKE THAT KNOWING IT WILL BE UNSALABLE

Terrible. We ordered 3 color tees same design with this company. They were behind on shipping by almost a week, so we notified them. Once they replied, they said they will compensate us for our troubles by giving us some hoodies as well. We accepted. Well the order came in, and they replaced black tees (one of the colors we requested) with black hoodies. They included only one black tee in the box, and it didnt even have a neck tag print as it was supposed to. Not pleased. They seem like honest people up front, but it doesnt continue forward in the same manner once you pay.

This has to be the worst company I have every used. I ordered from them the first time. Dean (the manager) promised a two week turnaround. It ended up being a little over a month. He gave me a discount the second time and PROMISED a two week turnaround. Dean has given me fake tracking numbers, told me my item would ship out that day at least 10 different times throughout the two months, each time being a lie. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Easily the worst customer service I have ever received.

Dont even think about ordering from this business! Dean, will take your money and never do your job, they never answer their calls or come in to work. Dean will bluntly lie to your face and make excuse after excuse. Ive been trying to pick up my order for 3 months. Owner is ridiculously careless about running a descent business, and hell leave you speechless in disbelief with the stupid excuses hell give you.

Dean is the manager of the shop. He is the biggest fraud and liar ever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. Dean will lie to you left and right for months giving you fake tracking numbers. Over two months and he is giving me fake tracking numbers. I had to escalate the ordeal over PayPal. Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Thank you AGNS. The print was clean and the shirts came folded and packaged, starting my clothing line up has been tough but they definitely made up for it this time around and made my life much easier. Next review will be 5 stars if they happen to do another good job on my next order.

Needed shirts in a rush for a halloween event. Ordered shirts from them and had them ready the next day. The quality of the shirts were very soft and comfortable. Ill be back soon to place more orders, highly recommend this place very easy to work with.
