Received AMAZING service from Joe today at this location. He was polite, gave me great advice about the type of delivery that would be most helpful. AND, when I got an email 5 minutes after Id sent my package advising me that I needed to include one more document, he totally saved the day! Not only did he find my package and help me print the necessary document, he also was able to reuse the original envelope. I work on sustainability, which FedEx markets themselves as being. I saw with my own eyes that JOE at this location went with the sustainable (and truly: less convenient) option. Four cheers for Joe!

I just went to print some photos at this Kinkos, was very disappointed about the service I got, the machine wasnt loading my photos from the SD card, therefore I asked for help and told him the machine is broke, he said I inserted my card incorrectly, lecture me how I suppose to use the machine as I never see one before or I am a stupid person, then I started the process all over again, same thing happened, then he said "oh the machine is broken, use another one.." and move on, I was not at all expect to be treated so impolitely at a place where everyone think they are "friendly".

Ive been to a number of Kinko franchises, and this one is so pleasant to be in. There is a pride of ownership and I dont feel like Im getting dirty being in there as I do at the one near Lake on Colorado. These folks know how to stay on top of all the detritus that can collect.

I have used these guys many times for quick turn around projects and have had good success with them. They are fast on the timeframes and they are good for the shipping portion as well. A go to for quick and urgent rushed out jobs.

Waited 7 minutes and I was the only customer. There were 3 workers behind the counter. When Lady behind the counter says they dont offer package insurance. Acted dumbfounded and incompetent about their product of service.

I walked into this FedEx with a stack of papers needing to be laminated and having no experience with a lamination machine. After about 30 minutes of help from the staff, I walked out with a stack of laminated papers.

Bad service behind the counter. Twice Ive been here, 2 different staff members, neither knew how to deal with multiple customers. Its ok to leave a machine running to acknowledge the next customer.
