Warning They say they can print large posters from Powerpoint....maybe sometimes! I had a bad time because although the file looked ok an any computer screen, the text went off one edge and was moved around in other regions once printed. They somehow lost the resolution an all the images once printed too and were going to try and send me home with a poster with pixelated images and unreadable text. (FYI: I saved at 2400dpi ). I will give it to the manager that he gave me a free reprint and they tried a few things to make it work but in the end I got two poor quality posters (which came out slightly different sizes) which I had to cut and glue the better bits together at home and had to pay $180 for the pleasure. They had enough knowledge of Adobe acrobat to print basic job, but not to convert large difficult files to workable PDFs. I think a printer should know his software. Id have paid him extra if hed got it to work. It will cost more, but Ill go to Kinkos next door next time

I paid $120 for 250 custom envelopes, which was expensive but they told me they could turn the order around in a day. It took a week to get the envelopes and then they charged me TWICE for the same order. It took me three calls, two trips to the store and a month to get them to credit the extra $120 back to my card. Had I not caught the double charge on my credit card, they would have pocketed an extra $120 for a total of $240 for 250 envelopes. I wonder how many times they make this "honest" mistake. Id avoid this business if you can. If you choose to go with them, make sure you check and double check your credit card statements.

Im an administrative assistant and needed my project printed ASAP. I took in my usb and my three books were ready the same day. The books look professional and made me look good the next day at our meting. The gentleman (tall & handsome) who helped me was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions with a smile.
