Unfortunately, this facility has poor customer service when it comes to the owners; especially the female owner. It is very difficult to understand her strong accent so when asked her to repeat herself, she became very defensive and rude. The employees are very friendly however they are not very knowledgeable when it comes to shipping services. Notary is not available during the entire hours of business operation. When dropping off prepaid packages, dont expect to obtain a receipt, they claimed their store doesnt provide one and if you insist in obtaining one; they will direct you to another UPS store. The prices on the mailboxes rentals keep increasing along with when sorting mail, rest assure, you will receive others customers mail which this only leds me to believe my mail is also being sorted out to another mailbox that is not mine. Although the facility always appears to be clean, the service is very slow. The owners really need to be more aware of what the consumers needs are in the community to be able to meet the communitys needs and expectations.

I come here on a weekly basis and have never had a bad experience. I drop off up to 10-15 boxes already labelled and always get asked if I would like a receipt. Yes, the older Asian lady is not as friendly as the other employees but thats more of a cultural thing. I can see if you dont see a smile from her, someone may be predisposition to think she is rude. I have never seen her smile and I dont take it personally. Shes just about business thats all. Every other employee has been very courteous and helpful. I even came a few minutes one time before closing and they were still super nice.

The owners at this store are RUDE and they could use some lessons on how to be friendly. I went in there to drop off a package and I asked them for a proof of receipt and they refused to provide one. Im sorry but all of the other UPS stores I go to have no problem providing that receipt. Ive been there a couple of times and they are consistently rude.

Bad customer service, there is an older Asian woman, not sure if shes the owner, but she welcomed us with the worst face and seemed put out about taking my packages. I wish the young girl had helped us instead. I will take my business to another UPS, near Vons on Atlantic instead, Ive never had a bad experience there, they are all very helpful.

Went in to return an AT&T wireless router. Staff gave me no trouble and I was in and out in a jiffy. Store looks well stocked for shipping needs and was clean. I have no idea the cost to ship because it was covered by AT&T. Looks like a place I could return to if I needed to ship via UPS.

Was cool at first going to mail off things but as time goes on the customer service got horrible. Most of the employees only acknowledge selective customers and act very slow..
