I purchased several items from this vendor to outfit a small office; a desk, two chairs, a computer table and a kneeling chair. I did not see the kneeling chair prior to the purchase. Everything else I took off the floor. Delivery of the desk was smooth. The kneeling chair arrived later. I assembled it properly. It was a total piece of junk. Specifically, it is flimsily constructed and feels like it is going to topple over when you sit on it. It is that there is no cross-support for two interlocking pieces. When I asked about a return, I was told that the price was so low that there couldnt be anything done. There was an intimation that something might be done if I was going to buy more furniture. The cost was between $70 to $80. If that is to be believed (1) there was no need to bid so low, (2) how is that my problem if the piece of furniture is basically unusable and (3) why would I buy more furniture from someone who provided inferior goods to begin with? If you buy from this vendor, buy off the floor. Inspect the goods, otherwise "caveat emptor." I may have received a good price on most of the items, but I got burned for $70 to $80. So, is that really a discount?

I have bought all of my furniture from Larry Baker at BKM since the late 1990s, and I would not buy Office Furniture from anyone else! He has helped me furnish four offices during that time (desks, chairs, file cabinets, etc.). Larry is personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. His delivery crew does great work, and they are reliable, and always on time. I have also referred him to my business owner friends on several occasions, and I highly recommend him to anyone reading this review.
