Just stoped by in my way to work, i needed a computer and a tablet for a new position we opened. i did not plan my visit and went to the manager and told him that i got a copun for 15% for $100 with no interest on the value or goods im planning to buy she told me im sorry if u dont have the coupon u should go and get it! guys a tip if u want a buisness accounts u need to work with them and see the value they order before u say no.. u lost a sale for a discount that is less then 3% that anyway u would give.

Definitely not the worst Home Depot in the LA area but definitely not the best, Id give it 3.5 if I could. Ive been here 2x for the garden section. The first time there was a long line and only one cashier, fine whatever. Second time (and the reason for 3.5 score) is that there was again a lot of people waiting to pay and only one cashier BUT there were three employees literally five feet from the cashier standing around talking to each other. If youre not going to be helpful at least pretend to be busy!

Fantastic customer service! As soon as we walked in the door, there was someone there to ask if we needed help instead of the "other major office supply store with the red shirts that you have to hunt down and arent usually friendly" Huuuuge parking lot.

They cancelled my order without calling and even though I was ready to show them proof that the poster I wanted to print was not copy right material they ignored me and kept telling me the same thing over and over again

I didnt get to go inside, but at 1am on Saturday, it was closed with the gate to the parking lot chained and locked. I dont know if its 24 hours anymore.
