Friendly atmosphere and my new fave place to ship USPS Priority Mail. I ship primarily via UPS since I ship large quantities on a weekly basis, but a few neighbors suggested Office Depot vs the Whittwood station for last minute shipments via priority mail. Its a very friendly place with happy folks and great service. Never any long lines to ship. Boxes and envelopes are always readily available, the store is always clean and tidy, and the convenience of buying those quick-to-run out office supplies is an added bonus. The rewards program is also pretty generous. Earn rewards points by shipping USPS at their location. Great place!

After spending nearly an Hour at Best Buys - Fullerton, trying to buy a Windows Tablet, and leaving with one of the worst experiences regarding service and product knowledge ignorance, I stopped at this Office Depot (which one of the Best Buy Employees said didnt carry windows tablets) and was very happy I ran into Adolfo Mora, who knew everything about Tablets and helped me purchase one. I was in and out with my tablet in my hand within 10 minutes....If you need anything Office related including computers and tablets, please go to this Office Depot and ask for Adolfo Mora.....You will be very pleasantly surprised....

Possibly the worst office supply store Ive been to. The staff is mostly incompetent and sadly cocky. I purchased a laptop with a warrantee and it had issues from the get go. I have gotten absolutely no where with the employees that are supposed to be knowledgeable in fixing electronics. Ive been in with the laptop 3 times, and each time theyve sent me home with a still not working laptop. Beyond frustrating.

I had a lot of shredding. A woman who seemed to either be the manager or assistant manager was not very friendly. She did not say hello. She walked ahead of me and did not even acknowledge I was there. Not a very friendly place. They spend more time talking to each other on their head pieces and do not pay much attention to the customer. That is a little rude.

Took a bunch of old paperwork to get shredded. They had two very affordable options. I choose to just put it a bin and have it shredded and the girl offer to put in herself. The couple of times I have been here the staff has been great. They have some really good deals every once in a while.
