Summery :Very professional, Great Customer Service by phone or when you show up in the store, Super Friendly, Convenient in Pricing Details : I own business Called Mail N More min driving down the street this location will be my business computation but I have many reason to write this review went for notary public as great deed a very nice lady her name is Kathryn H. help me to notaries my very important 2 document for closing escrow she super friendly Very professional I totally recommend her Kathryn will make the extra mile to make sure her customer 100% satisfy with the service without even I ask for it. As I am notary I couldnt notarized for myself any document I have any beneficiary from but now I know where I go whenever I need a notary Also I went few month ago before and anther nice young lady help me with figure print (Live Scan) witch is I recommend too. During my transition from out-of-state, this UPS Store has been very convenient for quick access to document transfers across country, & notary service with respect to these documents. They can sign for any packges, provide email notifications, & tracking. This particular store is great because everyone is friendly and helpful, explaining the many different options available that suits my needs at the best cost-to-value trade-off, and often go above and beyond with follow-ups. They dont mind any number of questions I have and services I need to figure out. They always surprise me with their offerings and capabilities given the modest size of the store. I think that is possible because everyone is diligent and attentive. I highly recommend this particular UPS store.

Took a key first oil change sample package for a rebuilt transmission to this store, mailed it to Blackstone Labs via first class mail. Unfortunately the packaged has disappeared, no way to track, no way to even prove the package was handed off to the USPS, not good. Its basically my fault, I should have just taken it to the Post Office, and cut out the middleman. YAAAAAAYYY my sample arrived at the Lab for testing, Turns out the USPS snail mail is alive and well. Im raising my rating to Five Stars. Thank You Lake Forest UPS Store.

Tried getting a PO box at two other UPS stores before settling down with this one. As a PO box holder, this is just the best UPS store there is. All of the workers there are very nice and helpful, and when I go in to get my mail they usually have my box ready for me before I even ask. On multiple occasions now I have showed up a 5-15 minutes after close trying to pickup a package, and they will let me in and give me my package. Absolutely astonishing service, would give 6 starts if I could. A+

I called to ask for notary service and they want me to call back every few minutes to find out if their notary person called them back. They refuse to just take down my number and call me when they find out. They were very rude on the phone and you can tell that they hate what they do and will probably throw your package against the wall and step on it.

I have to say, I am truly satisfied with the service that ive received at the UPS store.....Staff always cheerful and helpful. Problem is folks come in with unreasonable expectation and I feel if they could shake that off ahead of time before walking in, theyd realize the folks who run the store are awesome. I always get great service here. Yes, around Christmas time they are very busy but they always try to help you even if that means sending you someplace else. One girl has been there a very long time, she seems to always be there. They will try to help you as if you are a friend, not just a customer.

Just had a great experience getting a document notarized. In and out in maybe 10 minutes, but only because there was someone ahead of me. Was greeted by the cashier even as she was working with someone else already, and she made sure the notary knew I was next in line.

I have used this place before and its pretty good theyre definitely professional and know what theyre doing the only downside is the parkings pretty bad over here most of the time so you might have to walk to get to the front door otherwise its good.

Great local ups kiosk shop. Staff is very friendly. I had a fedex package and the associate brought the package to a FedEx drop off for me, voluntarily.
