WOST store. Their floor sales person doesnt know their policy and floor manager doesnt know it either also just try to protect their sales person. I had a problem with one floor sales person from this store and spoke with HQ and HQ office email me to apology but when I visit this store again, same floor sales person told me she doesnt get any info from HQ. and so as floor manager. And that persons attitude is the worst sales person I ever seen. Also when I told this to floor manager, she is like,,"what is your name? if you dont give your info, we are not helping you" So rude and worst store. I wont buy anything from this store.

Great store for SoCal fashion. You know ... the stuff that most SoCal guys get away with whether at the beach or going out for dinner in Laguna. Usually has lots of great sales, and a mix of styles and sizes for all ages and both genders. Most days its fairly busy, so help can sometimes be hard to find.

I went there last weekend. Product and price was ok. Yet, service was a BAD, employee on the floor were no idea what they were doing. I had a question and one lady worker doesnt even know what she is doing. I have no idea what the store manager doing on this store. Dont want to shop this store again.

I enter and no one acknowledges me. I think it a race thing, I see employees being friendly too other white folks. 2 employees saw me browsing and no HELLO? Bad customer service.
