I have been going to the this store for almost 10 years now and the professionalism and courteousness has always been exemplary. The staff are very knowledgeable and always offer the best options for shipping and packaging. I do not qualify as elderly yet and so the statement I read about them only being courteous to that generation is one I will disagree with. Of all the times I have been in the store I have only witnessed polite and friendly service to each person they spoke with and for long time clients such as myself, some joking around about current events. I would highly recommend this store for all your packaging and shipping needs!

Older guy and older lady (I think they are the owners/managers) have BAAAAD attitudes. I have seen them be very kind to the elderly, but if your 40 or less.... expect a snarky attitude or a fight, much less bad customer service overall. They will stop at nothing to make a younger customer feel stupid, inadequate, or just plain unworthy of shipping anything. Bad attitude, worse service... worth going anywhere else. Please note - this review is based on 5 interactions with this place.
