Went by to get a quote to wrap my box truck. Owner was not in so his staff measured the truck and took pictures while I described what I wanted done. Was told the owner would call back by the end of business day or the following day. Did not receive a call for four business days, almost a week. When I did get the call and quote, it wasnt what I had told the staff. The owner had to rework the quote. At that time, I ordered some simple lettering for the door. Was told that would be done by the end of the day or the next day once again. We just passed two weeks and no letters on my truck. The staff had the nerve to call about the $2900 wrap, but cant even get the simple $25 job done in a timely manner. As a business owner in this economy, I strive to get every job and the owner of FASTSIGNS obviously doesnt care about his business. Do not go to this Elk Grove business.

I have been doing business with Fastsigns for over 3 years now and they have never let me down! When my boss wanted to make changes to some of our signs but did not want to make the financial investment to do so, they gave me cost effective ways to modify our existing ones. I never once felt pressured to spend more money - they worked within my budget to help me get what I wanted =) The guys there arent perfect, but when there is a problem they take it upon themselves to fix the situation. They have gone above and beyond to help me - from delivering my orders when I was too busy to pick them up, to donating signs for the charity I volunteer with. I think of Fast Signs Elk Grove as an operation with a big chain name, but mom and pop shop feel because the owners and their staff have become like family to me.

Ive dealt with Fastsigns on multiple occasions over the past few years. I have purchased some banners, along with multiple sets of printed stickers and die cut decals numbering in the hundreds of each set and have never had a problem with any of the products I received. The staff is very knowledgeable with suggesting the right products for me depending on what my needs were on any occasion. From my experience, having my end ready to go allowed them to have a quicker turnaround time for what they needed to do to meet my deadlines. Its a great mom and pop type shop, and Id definitely come back again in the future.

The customer service was amazing. I needed a banner for my sons baseball team. They designed the banner for me because I have no artistic ability whatsoever. They emailed the design to me and then called me to insure I had received the email. The banner was done in under 24 hours. I got sick and was unable to pick up the banner so they called me to let me know that they were closing but would make special arrangements for me to get the banner after hours. If I ever have a need for another sign or banner, this will be the only place I use.

They are fast and accurate, Great Customer Service On a cold rainy night, I called the Fast Signs Store in Elk Grove. It was only a few minutes before closing but Larry, the manger, Picked up. I explained I had a safety issue at one on of sites, and I need and 18 x 24 sign ASAP. I gave him the information, and said "No Problem Give Me 20 Minutes" I showed 25 minutes later and my sign was ready, and to my specifications. This store lived up to their name "Fast Signs" I would recommend them to everyone.

Love the submission and proof review automated processes! I appreciate the application of technology as it makes for a seamless, efficient, and yes.... faster process. Very professional work and courteous service. They are number one in my book. I ordered signs that where put on my door of my truck. I realize I put the wrong name on my door. Poor - This particular location has poor customer service and does not deliver the "fast" promise the name suggests. Very dissappointing since other locations have great service and speedy delivery of products. If you have the option, I would choose another vendor or a Fastsigns at a different location.
