I use this place a lot and service has always been pretty good, I was in here sending my usual fax and saw a gentleman ask for a service i did not know they offered, the lady was so helpful and nice. I came in about two days later and asked for the same service and she said "we dont do that" when i replied i had seen her do it for another person she ignored me. I was upset because I come in once a week to fax and I thought I would be treated as a valued customer...Guess I was wrong (the service I was asking for was to have something printed from the internet)

Mom was visiting from Germany and bought a bunch of postcards with stamps. Store charged us $2.00 per $1.15 stamp. Thats a 74% markup! When we complained thinking it was a mistake we were told thats customary, and if we werent out-of-towners we would have known. BS! Its a rip-off, plain and simple.
