If I could give 0 stars I would. When I got to the register the cashier told me she couldnt sell me the shirt because the label was missing (not the price tag). I asked if I could find the shirt online and prove it was the same shirt, and she said I could look online, meanwhile she pulled the shirt up on her POS, and it was clearly the same shirt. Even though the shirts were clearly identical she informed me that she could not sell me the shirt (why bother pulling the shirt up in the first place????). After I searched for the same shirt with a tag in the racks, I waited in line a second time to ask if they could call another store. The woman who helped me seemed helpful. She called, and a store in Texas said they had the shirt (the same one sitting behind the counter where I stood). I gave them my credit card information, email and phone, and she informed me that customer service would follow up with me to make sure they had the right info and hung up. I asked the person who was helping me in person who was going to follow up, and she called the store back and told me that they would send me an email or call my phone. Needless to say when I got home, there was no email, I had not been called, and there was no transaction in my bank account history. N o t I m p r e s s e d .

All in all a positive experience. The sales staff was friendly and helpful. I was having a perfect experience until a Klingon in Glendale rudely interrupted my conversation with the sales clerk. No excuse me, Just the typical barge in ME FIRST, in your face rudeness that I have come to expect from these aliens. Selection was great the day I was there, and I dropped over $500 bucks. Would have spent more but decided to flee as the Mother ship must have landed causing the store to be over run. Id definitely recommend this place but be warned that manners are in short supply among certain consumers.

This is a great Nordstrom Rack. It was very organized and has lots of great options to choose from. Its easy to get lost in looking for the good deals, I spent about 2 hours browsing! Great customer service as well. Like most Nordstrom Racks, you can check out without waiting in line by going up to any employee in a NR t-shirt.

I visited this store many times. I like it because you can buy quality products, designers products for much better price than in Nordstrom. Everybody is helpful. Tip: If you find a product there but its not your size you can ask the representatives to check if it is available anywhere by scanning it with their little phones.

Its a place where you can buy from head to toe. The prices are very resonable compare to that you can buy all brand and designer products. The qulity is the same as products as the one in stores. Great place to buy gifts for all family members.

I hate going to Ross, but I dont mind Nordstrom rack. Good deals on good brands. I am a sucker for colourful socks and their wall of dress socks makes it easy to pick out the best.
