Just went to Ross to buy something. Unfortunately I didnt find what I was looking for. I was there with my 5 month baby. I went to the fitting room to ask if I can breastfeed my baby and worker said that I want to change his diapers and send me upstairs to the restroom. I explained twice that I dont need to change. I need to breastfeed and it wont take too long!!! She said no!!! I was very upset. Because the baby was hungry and I have nowhere to feed him. I didnt drive there. So I didnt have a car with me. I went to TJMAXX instead and it was no problem. The lady right away opened a large fitting room for me and I was able to breastfeed the baby. Overall the store is very messy and very dirty! Not organized at all. I wont come back there anymore!

Everything was great, until I went to the fitting room and left my cart with a lot of stuff I wanted to try on. One of the fitting room workers took my cart, put almost all what I had in there only God knows where and put something on top of what was left in my cart. After that my shopping mood was gone. Especially when she looked at me like it was my fault and was speaking very bad with me. Before that I was picking all those clothes for like two hours, so I just left. Really dont recommend this store.

unprofessional , rude, vorse customer care in all Ross stores i ever met ! the staff for men clothing are stupid ! speccially those who care about fitting rooms ! when i came out of the fitting room they told me NEXT TIME !!!! bring the hanger ! this is the way they talking to their customers! the guy JUAN and the other one SHOGHIK , they need to be teached and learn about customer service ! please chek out this store rating on yelp and the comments in there ! really sorry for Ross

es un poco desordenado, los zapatos estan tirados por todos lados... si buscas en las góndolas, encuentras pocos, mira al suelo, y encontraras mas opciones!

Worst Ross in the Area. Their young male security guard is really rude and sexist. The workers stare you down while your browsing around making you feel really uncomfortable. They really need to reevaluate their workers treatment to customers.

this place has some great savings and good clothing. plus its next to the Rack so if you cant find what you are looking for here you can walk over to N Rack and see if they got it at just a little higher price

Good Ross stores, more organized than the one in Burbank and Reseda, more open, good parking, friendly staff, occasionally you can find low price unique items, but you gotta invest a lot of time.

There line was and is often very very long. I sometimes dread coming to Ross Glendale due to their lines. They worker are wonderful under those circumstances they are put under.

I like this store (the design clothes at very affordable prices - Calvin Klein, Guess, Free People, Michael Kors, BCBG, etc.); however, I prefer the one that is in La Canada

Recently remodeled store. Plenty to choose from if you dont mind digging through the racks for bargains. The lines can be long especially on Tuesdays senior discount day.

Great place for seasonal items. I went shopping for mens sandals, the rack was all mixed most sandals were on the floor. Eventually, I did find what I was looking for.

Terribly understaffed and staff was terribly undertrained. Place was a disaster. Lacks proper management. Security at the front door is also poorly trained.

The worst branch of ross I have ever gone. The line for purches takes for ever. they always have 2 or 3 cashier working. dont go to this branch at all
