Absolute Rip off artists. My 90 year old father and I went there to look for a leather recliner. The sales man directed us to one and assured us that it was made of Leather. 1 year later the phony material started peeing off (like a spray on phony leather). We tried to get him to do something about it but he refused. and said it was out of warranty. Warranty????? This is fraud. They lied about what it is made of. Stay away from these crooks at all cost.

We went to Gilroy specifically to go to Rossos as that is were we had purchased furniture before and were satisfied but we decided to start there and start comparing with other stores. We ended up across the street at Furniture Revolution after visiting two other furniture stores and not only found what we liked but they were VERY flexible with their pricing and delivery. Great service! We will be going back.
