Buyer beware of the new 20% restocking charge. I brought a scanner that did not work as advertised and I was dinged 20% to return it. The live data function did not work. The manager accused me of taking the scanner home and using it to clear my codes. As we live in a neighborhood riddled with thieves I brought this scanner to leave in my car in case someone broke in and stole it. I have a $2000 snap on scanner that I dont want to loose. This stores manager is rude has no customer service skills.

We have never observed such incompetent and unprofessional team of staff operating a company of this magnitude. They are rude, careless and incoherent when it comes to adding and subtracting simple math when ringing up a sale. My shopping experience at this location felt as if i was at a flea market. The only difference is that flea markets are bearable because atleast u know your walking out of there with a great deal and savings.

just a bunch of low quality products made in China does not meet American standard. I rather pay a bit more for a long lasting nuts/bolts/tools/equipments. My heavy use 1970 wrench still in 1 piece while other Chinese made wrench torn it head after a few tries. You live in America, you deserve better.

Nice when its not busy . The staff is helpful. Definitely are times when it seems they could use a few my check stands. But all in all a cheap alternative to home depot or Lowes. But be warned majority of the power tools are not meant for hard use, they do have a good return policy tho.
