I had called to place an order and Sarah was the one helping me. I received an almost immediate attitude from her when I asked if she could accomplish my order for me. Her unwillingness and arguementitive attitude will keep me from EVER doing business with them again. I dont need to be yelled at or hung up on when Im trying to place an order with this company. If she didnt know what she was doing, maybe she should have gotten someone else to help her. They lost this customer forever!

Melissa was great to work with, from the start she was so professional and knew how to focus right in on my daughters favorite flowers for her wedding!
