Deplorable customer Service in the pharmacy dept. Honestly, the pharmacist wasnt even making an effort to give any kind of Customer Service . Why is this store even open? All I needed was to see if ihad an Rx on file, barely English speaking Rph, with his Non-existent customer relation skills, asked several times for my date of birth, spelling of my last name,.. Seriously?!? Im not being racist... much. Hell, I am of mixed background, but to be incompetent, and have no disregard for a customers health, obviously THIS CVS does Not care about how there consumers are treated, if they have return business or no. I will inform Family and friends Not to go there, if looking up my info is Not Not worth their Effort then my Time & Money is too Good for their store.
