Horrible experience. $140.+ / 59 items according to the receipt. While checking out at the only open register, the employee ringing me up (the not the most efficient way possible) became very angry after I noticed he over charged me. He said "$140." Before I was going to pay I told him I wanted to double check the receipt so I began scanning through the itemized list on the credit card payment machine provided to customers to swipe or insert chip and sure enough theres an error. I inquired about an item and he repeated the total as a request for payment, ignoring my request. I responded "One sec Im almost done going through the list and." He said, "Hurry up, $140. Youve been standing there for 15 minutes. Insert chip, $140." After doing a brief assessment and realizing Ive done nothing wrong I said something in normal tone and volume, to the effect of, "Wow. Im spending a lot of money and getting a lot of stuff. I wanted to double check because of your error and now youre somehow inconvenienced by the time it takes to ring up all this stuff." Some other employee comes over and I began to explain my concern with being over charged and somehow he knew theres nothing wrong with the bill but wanted to offer $10 in Extra Bucks and $5. off the bill as an apology even though he didnt say the word "sorry". Turns out the $10 Extra Bucks was owed to me anyway, so theres that. The people that work up front at the register and on the floor are rude and its weird.

NEVER use this CVS! The staff is nothing but morons! If I could leave less than one star, I would! First I was told that my medicine wasnt covered... I was called back ten minutes later, with the technician stating that he had selected geltabs instead of tablets. I explained that Ive ALWAYS taken tablets and he should be able to see that on my chart! Next, I received only HALF my prescription, because whoever transferred my prescription from Anaheim chose only to transfer ONE prescription instead of BOTH and they are filled at the SAME TIME every month! And I stated up front that there were TWO prescriptions, I went over the dosage multiple times! And yet, I now have to wait nearly ANOTHER week to get my full prescription! And yet, they WONT mail my prescription to me, despite the fact that this is a clear oversight on their part, because "they dont have a mailing program." And when I stated that I am going crazy because Ive been without my meds for nearly a week already, all they said was "You need to file a complaint with corporate." This CVS has the WORST customer service ever! They DO NOT uphold the Hippocratic Oath and DO NOT help their patients AT ALL!! NEVER EVER EVER SHOP HERE!!!

I went over on saturday which its on the cvs ad the last day to buy the specials from week to week any how when i went over to pay y went to the cashier and ask her how are you charging my items if the price star tomorrow ? Can you explain to my please I come back to buy because I supposed to get extrabucks thats on the ad she told me to pay and move away because I was holding the line andi requested to speak to the manager and she refuses to call the manager I will never comeback this store sucks and the employees they dont care about customer LOOK FOR ANOTHER STORE WHIT BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE

I loved the customer service and how well stocked they are. I was asked by two different employees if I needed help and when they didnt have a sale item (large package of paper towels) they offered to check in the back for me. Usually one has to ask and hope they will check and not tell you that whats out there is all they have. I had no problem and was not made to feel like a bother when I wanted to use my coupon and redem my extra care bucks. Of all the CVS around me, this is my favorite.

Worst cust. Service EVER!! The staff seem nice. BUT Morning lady thinks shes an extrabucks police veteran n refuses to scan VALID coupons. The Evening Mngr is lazy n careless. Refused to do return w/recpt all becuz he counted his cash drawers by 915pm and refused to recount 1 for me. Staff as a whole seem to just be following mgmts lead tho. They NEVER offer to help u find anything here which is very rare 4 CVS. Corporate has apologized to me for their behavior.

Cashiers are rude ! Specially to the One Filipino guy cashier there is so rude !!! I never went in there again after he said nasty words to me ! When Im am very nice and respectful to me since hes older than me ! Cvs should teach their cashiers how treat the customers ! And their not helpful and friendly at all! No smiles on their faces at all! Will never ever gonna come back in that store again!

The heavy set older lady wouldnt let me use my giftcard for alcohol, it says on the egift card that its same as cash and says nowhere in the terms that it cant be used for alcohol, she was very unfriendly and a smartass towards me too! Ive also been to that location many times even earliwr thus week and had no such problems..

Teresa the cash register woman is racists. Was trying to b mean to my kids & I saw her profiling ppl as they came into the store. I will be calling corporate & manager of the store & file a complaint. So I would avoid this CVS until this woman is gone.

Been going to this CVS forever! Surprised at the negative comments. I have always had a very positive experience. Super courteous service with everyone that works there. Great make up products...and awesome pharmacy service.

Pharmacy Worst Customer Service Ever... The store overall seems fine, but this is the worst pharmacy ever. Ive had more problems with this department than I care to share but I will go elsewhere in the future.

Actually the best CVS Ive had. They almost always have the prescription ready by the time I come in, or otherwise get it done quickly. Staff friendliness varies, but some are really nice.
