This Anaheim Walgreens (ball & brookhurst) pharmacy staff and service are terrible, and do their work without thinking beyond whats for lunch. I recently spent 4 days trying to get a prescription filled/updated and confirmed through this circus of clowns. They faxed my request to the doctor, doctor responded they do not accept fax request, then the Walgreens staff told me they did not fax, and did not fax my doc, but my nurse had the fax in her hand. They then called my doc, and my nurse approved the refills, and the update to my prescription. During this time I asked the pharmacy staff to note in my account not to fax my doc ever again.. so, later that day when I went to pick up my approved drugs, the pharmacy (staff not doing their job) said no approval was on record, and when I asked about my request for no faxes I made on my account, my account showed no mention of that (great). I had to wait another day to get the prescription filled. When I finally got the prescription filled, I went to pick it up through the drive through, gave my credit card, and Drivers Lic. and when they returned the drugs, they (she) placed the credit card and Drivers Lic. between the back of the bag and the large order ticket (stapled together) so that when I grabbed the bag the credit card and Drivers Lic. fell (unknown to me) onto the pavement. My card was found by a crook and fraudulent charges of over $1000 were placed on it. (Note the staff has placed the cards in the bag before, thought the same this time.) So, now, I have to get a new Drivers Lic at $22 and time at the DMV, close my credit card account, get new account and contest fraud charges. All in all it took me almost a week of dealing with this store just for the drugs refill, each phone call was a waste, problems were denied, and the staff over all was clueless on customer service, and just completely incompetent. Be warned, go elsewhere.

Only referring to the pharmacy here. The pharmacy is soooo understaffed it is disgusting. The only reason we come here is because they are the closest open 24 hours. The wait in the drive thru more times than not is over 30 minutes. The reason they get 2 stars and not one is their one staff member Thuy. She knows we have a special med and preorders it so they always have it when our scrip comes in.

SPEAKING ONLY ON THE PHARMACY IM SAD TO GIVE ONE STAR KNOWING THAT THERE ARE SOME GOOD PHARMACISTS (THE OVER NIGHT PHARMACIST [LADY] IS ASWOME) IN THERE BUT THE MAJORITY OF THEM ARE D**K HEADS! I GO IN EVERY SINGLE MONTH FOR THE SAME EXACT MEDICATION EVERY SINGLE TIME... I CHOSE THIS PHARMACY ONLY BECAUSE ITS OPEN 24 HOURS... ANYWAYS I GET A STRONG PAIN MEDICATION AND EVERYTIME

Last night I had an emergency prescription filled for my 84 year old father (Hugh N). The pharmacist (Thuy) was extremely busy but she was so helpful. I could not be grateful enough. Having a very sick father is stressful but to have a pharmacist with such professionalism and also compassion and helpfulness made a very stressful experience much easier. Thank you Thuy!!

this Walgreens has some interesting people. Im a regular but the people here are unprofessional and whenever I go to the pharmacy, the cashiers speak softly to point I cant here them. please have patience, they are overall cool peoples.

Very poor staff they responded first not available with critical medication when I brought medication bottle they responded oh yes it is available. Pharmacist are good but they need have best of ethics and technical knowledge too.
