I spent approximately $1000 on black leather sofa with recliner at Furniture Depot. Mike was the person I interacted with. He was very pleasant person to deal with. He made us so comfortable and assured on all fronts that we immediately closed the deal. Delivery was little late but he took care of things. We were happy customers but that didnt last for more than 4 months. My sofa started peeling off at various places. Note that our usage of sofa is minimal. I personally visited Mike and he advised me to email pictures of the sofa and assured he will contact manufacturer and forward the communication to me within 2 weeks. I did but to no avail. Sent periodic reminders, stopped by his shop several times to hear no update. He was neither ready to share Manufacturers contact details nor proposed any alternatives. He was simply procrastinating. I just want future buyers to be aware of customer service you will receive in case you need it.

We found our bedroom set for half the price, compare to other near by retail stores. They were really helpful. Fast turnaround on delivery too. Ill be back for more!
