We shop at HF in a number of towns across a few states - great prices, and i was pleasantly surprised that for being their first day open at this location that the staff was very knowledable of their invantory and the location of their products. The only disappointment was that there was not more employees walking around asking if they could help find things for customers. The only person i saw doing this was a bearded man named Kevin. He helped us collect our 1,300 worth of purchases in 45mins! Great experience!

i like harbor freight cuz in a pinch they have just about everything you need at a good price.. dont get me wrong.. i have name brand expensive tools too.. i mostly have expensive tools.. but for tools i rarely use too much they are perfect.. the best part is the no questions asked one or two year warranty return policy.. the top big names dont do that or even come close..

Had to return an item to the store in Cathedral City. The clerk was efficient and speedy. He listened to my complaint about the item, wrote down the details so it wouldnt be put back into stock for another customer to have the same problem. Good place to buy your tools.
