I live up the street from this store. The "NEW" manager is nice ! the employees especially in the dairy department are ASSHOLES >_< . The people that ring me up are extremely nice & know me and my son by name :) . . . The baggers are really helpful since this store has been remodeled a lot of things have changed. In the daytime the store runs smoothly but at night theres plenty of weirdos that come out ! but other than that the store is nice & well stocked. I am loving the new changes :) fix the dairy department though some of them dont speak english & the other people look like reformed dug addicts !

I never been so disappointed with the Ralph located in woodland hills (sherman way and shoup) with the service of the bakery department (cake decorator) this lady treat me really really bad at the point to make me cry at the store.I make my complain with ralph online and they never did anything about it.I cant believe that this is what those people call it "customer services" no one at the store did anything.And the corporate office also.The worst place ever to buy was that location.I told all my friend about this "nice customer services" you guys have.Thanks for never doing a thing about this. >

This Ralphs is a little smaller than another nearby on Victory. However, I prefer this one..the staff is nicer, the store just seems better laid out. Nice floral department, great florist. Produce is usually okay..fruits often good..veggies..particularly onions are sometimes hit and miss. The parking lot is often baking hot (summer) and occasional pan handlers outside (less so than the other one)

I love it! Great prices and good food. And they also have a Ralphs reward program that you can sign up for free. And every time you shop here they donate a portion of your purchase payment to help NAMI San Fernando Valley provide free support groups, classes, and activities for people, families, and communities impacted by mental health conditions in the Los Angeles County.

They wouldnt take my card bcuz they couldnt swipe it ( also,it doesnt have a chip) & the checker wasnt allowed to enter manually. My dad also lost his wallet there( luckily they found it the next day) but while we were there they really didnt seem concerned about it) Finally, theyre v.expensive so I rarely shop there anyway. Good bakery though..!

This particular location is not the greatest. I have had several occasions when the checkers have not shown good customer service skills. The service deli and meat dept are usually super friendly however. Ralphs supermarkets are sink or swim, depending on what location you shop at. My favorite Ralphs is on Ventura and White Oak Ave in Encino.

Great market and usually great staff, but be careful when calling the pharmacy. They usually have good pharmacists, but the woman I spoke to on the phone was not helpful, impolite, interrupting constantly, and so apathetic to take my call that I could hardly understand her mumbling. My previous experiences were positive, though.

The worked are pretty cool, I promise if you go at the right time youll laugh at the security, I have on more than 1 occasion seen the security following certain individuals around curiously.. They have a lot but I will say some of the other locations seem to have more options an newer ones... But youll find what you need here!

Horrible. Store is always out of something, especially sale items. No Starbucks, it needs a remodel, there are always shady character lingering outside. Some of the clerks are really nice but Ive seen them shopping at the other Ralphs on Victory and Fallbrook. This store is close to my house but it sucks.

Great selection & great prices. The staff is always willing to help you out when you need it. Clean bathrooms that are accessible to shoppers comes in handy, too, on the occasion. The whole store is clean, well stocked and orderly.
