If I could give this zero Stars I would. I am so offended and appalled I have never been so disrespected in my life at any store ever. The manager came down to me and ask me why am I running around like a chicken with my head cut off touching different things and not buying them. Im in the Cosmetics Department Im looking at different color lipsticks and fingernail polishes them to see if I like them or not. Im a woman and Im looking at cosmetics and my boyfriend outside telling me to hurry up Im sure other women can relate to me. The manager told me to hurry up and told me not to touch anything else and get out of the store and dont come back so I just left the stuff in my basket there on the floor and walked out and he came out and yelled at me when I was outside he said what about the stuff in the basket and I said I dont want it Ill take my money elsewhere and he told me to never come back to the store again. I dont even live here Im here visiting my son who goes to college here and I have never been so offended or disgusted in my life it was completely unacceptable to be treated like that. I did not need to be treated like I was a criminal or something.

Im fairly new to town and am now using CVS in Arcata. Im not sure why there are any negative reviews here, other than to attribute them to the quirks and character of those who wrote them, independent of their CVS experience. I have found that the folks here are truly helpful, and have had various prescriptions filled accurately in a timely manner. The pharmacists have bent over backward to ensure that all is in order, and called to follow up on the couple of occasions that there were issues with transferring prescriptions, etc.

I have never had a good experience with the CVS pharmacy, let alone the prices and quality of products carried in the rest of the store. I have literally never ONCE gotten my prescriptions on time and every time I attempt to have my medications transferred they lose the paperwork...every. Freakin. Time. If you have medications you actually need to use, DO NOT use the CVS pharmacy...theres no telling if youll ever actually see said medications

Such a chaotic and disorganized pharmacy! My prescriptions are usually late and have been wrong the last two times. Once they lost my prescription all together over Thanksgiving and I had to wait for my doctor to return to town after the holiday to write a new one. The pharm tech who lost it was so rude - no apology. I avoid this place now whenever I can - so should you!

I went there tonight about 11pm and a sign on the door said Closed until further notice, sorry for any inconvenience...what is up with that? And sorry this is not a 24 hour PHARMACY, the Pharmacy part closes at 9pm. It is just the store part that is supposed to be open 24 hours.

24 hours my ass. I got there tonight at 10pm and it said "closed. Be back at midnight". Also this is not the first time. I used to get off work around 1am and Id get to cvs and itd say "closed until 4am". I dont understand why it is advertised as 24 hours.

If you need a pharmacy go to Barnes on G Street in Arcata. They wont make you wait in a long line and treat you like sheep. Avoid CVS and support the local economy.
