I used to look forward to going to OSH in Antelope every summer just to see what their new summer products were. Slowly I stopped going as their customer service seemed to disappear. I was there tonight and ran in to get my nephew his favorite Charleston Chews and saw 2 starfish decorations I also wanted to buy. I asked for help in trying to find a third one as I had my autism son, a sick dog and I had just had heart surgery last Friday and let the clerk know this. Everyone was on break. It seems every time I have gone every one is on break. Last time no one could help me find Alfalfa Meal after hunting for a half hour.The sales person didnt even know what it was! I finally gave up and left. Now I only go to get my nephews favorite candy but I think I will just start buying it by the case and on line. It is too frustrating to see something you like and cant get any help in finding if they have "one more." Its become my "why bother store."
