Aldi provides reasonable prices on food that would cost considerably more to the consumer if they had more employees providing "customer services". Since these employees are constantly multi-tasking, there is understandably a little wait at the check out. They certainly arent standing around doing nothing. I shop here for the reasonable prices that give my family budget more bang for the buck with the understanding that Ill be bagging my own groceries and may have to wait a few minutes because the clerk is also stocking the shelves.

Great value! The prices are very low, and the quality is good! The associates are friendly and work extremely hard. You might have to wait a bit in the checkout line, but thats true of any business in a smaller town like Monroe. Aldi is a great store and a lifesaver for groceries!

Absolutely terrible customer service at this store. They will make you wait forever in the checkout line. This place has the worst service of any business in Monroe. There is absolutely No excuse for bad service. Period.
