Big and clean Asian market, but the food price were not very much different from the smaller scale Asian market in my state. I live 2.5 hours away from that store and I brought an icebox to keep my food cool. The guys at the seafood market were not helpful at all. When my husband went there the first time, one worker said they were out of ice. I checked with the cashier who were checking us out and he gave me 2 sacks and suggested me to try again. I went there again along with the fish I bought. At first he gave me a tiny bit of ice. I told him that I live really far away and suggested that I needed more, he gave me a bad look and added some more ice. I spent close to $170 at the store, but I probably will not go back if I visit Memphis agin. Also they no longer provide any cooked food such as steamed buns and roasted duck that they used to offer. I was quite disappointed as I was hoping to get my lunch there.

Rude, rude, rude cashier.......was almost pleased with the reopening of this business. Bad customer service can close any door. I hope this location doesnt make the same mistake twice and take their customer base for granted. Cashier entered the wrong price. I asked her to check the price. Had to repeat because she just ignored request and closed my ticket. It was confirmed that she entered the wrong price so I wanted to buy product. Well, because ticket was closed out and item was under ten dollars I was not allowed to purchase. No problem! How about we just void previous ticket and I take business else where. This is where you began to lose empathy for how open the country is when allowing foreigners into the country to open successful businesses, but cannot respect American decorum for customer service.

I highly recommend Viet Hoa. It has a broad selection of Asian and Hispanic products and produce. The produce section is excellent. If you make your own stocks, they have beef, pork, chicken, and fish parts that beat Walmart and other grocer prices. They have hard to find meats and seafood. Prices are very good. During my one visit, one fish section of several had a mild odor, some pricing labels were mission, and the place is not as orderly as say an H-mart, so I took off one star. I plan of being a frequent customer.

This place is great, they have all the spices, as well as meat, noodles, and vegetables necessary to cool authentic Korean and Vietnamese food from home. The smell is a little off weird at first but I think its primarly due to the wide variety of food and meats they sell all kind of meshing together. All in all 5 outa 5.

Parents came into town and wanted a place to buy "Asian" food stuff and this place is LEGIT! Legit from the weird produce you cant pronounce, to the crazy sauces, to the fresh and semi-fresh seafood AND the weird authentic smell of an Asian grocery store! LEGIT!

Today was my first time to see the store and I was amazed on how fresh the produce are. Also, it is the first asian store that I went to wherein they have everything. The cashier was very helpful and kind. Will definitely come back again next time.

They have a fantastic variety and helpful employees! Some of the merchandise appears damaged, probably as a result of the shipment; so look your purchases over before checking out. However, this store is still a favorite in my book.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. Fresh live lobster, crawfish when in season, veggies, spices. Like anywhere you need to look over the bins to ensure that you get the freshest and best but it is here at this store!
