awesome grocer, has stuff thats hard to find. Love going here for grassfed meat, chicken, lots of frozen veggies, nuts, etc. However some things (like raw organic butter, coconut oil) are super overpriced. 7$ for 4 sticks of butter? lol ill goto trader joes and get it for 3$. Coconut oil here is pretty much marked up 2x, i can get a giant thing of coconut oil for like 22-25$. They sell it for 40 or 50$ here. I wish I could get everything here.

This store has a great selection of natural and healthy foods. I live in the Twin Cities, so I dont make it out here often, but if I am in the area I try to stop by, as they almost always have something here that I need at a lower cost than in the cities (or they have something I am unable to get in the cities). The staff have always been very friendly and helpful as well.

YES, a grocery store you can trust! The highest quality food, very clean, and always present employees! They also have a great health and skincare section, and pet food as well! They offer great deals if you pay attention to the offers throughout the month, use the punch card, bring your own bad, and your own egg cartons!

Friendly staff. Very, very, knowledgeable staff in the wellness department. Best black coffee located in the deli. A huge secret is the incredible food from the deli. Certainly Fresh and Natural is a hidden gem.
