Their "cost plus ten percent added at the register" pricing gimmick merely makes it harder to compare prices with other stores as you shop. Some prices end up being OK, some not so much. Probably its overall cheaper than Harps, but maybe just because it has more lower-value selections. I used to prefer this store for Latino foods and some cuts of meat. Unfortunately the stores selections and cleanliness have declined since changing from Price Cutter. It now has fewer fresh vegetables and fruit than other stores its size. It no longer carries as many locally-baked items. When I visited recently I was greeted at the door by an unpleasant odor. I dont think the store competes well with other stores lately except that its closer to low income housing. With the adjacent shopping center development underway it will be a shame if they cant stay in business.

My wallet was stolen almost a year ago. I went straight to the help desk. That night everyone was extremely helpful. Police came we watched the footage. I showed them the woman that stole my wallet. However I went back the next day and the "manager" was useless. He refused to let me see the footage again. Wouldnt let me have a still shot to take to my boss (I work retail so my boss wanted to make sure we didnt have her as a customer), he made a remark "you shouldnt have had your wallet so accessible and we wouldnt be having this conversation" I have never had such horrendous customer service.

The smell of rotting meat has me and my boyfriend not wanting to shop here EVER!! We walked in and the smell made me sick and I wanted to throw up so we had to leave. I wont shop here. Most of the produce comes from Mexico and since people were getting sick from produce that comes from Mexico I wont buy produce from there. Just a horrible experience at this store. I wont be back

You should check the sale paper before you go. Not always the best deals in town. Lots of "generic" or not familiar name brands, such as Best Choice. There are good deals on meat weekly. Interesting bagged deals in the produce area. Cheaper on most fruit.

This place is amazing! We always save so much money when we shop here...there are sales all the time, and the store associates are super friendly and helpful. Plus, they always have more lines open than Kroger or Walmart!

You dont have to be a mathematician to figure out that beef tenderloin for $3.99 a pound plus 10% is WAY cheaper than the other stores. Plus, it was so tender you could eat it with a fork! Im going back.

Inconvenient store hours, unfriendly customer service, dirty restrooms, poor grocery selection, outrageous prices, no parking, messy aisles and unhelpful management. Dont waste your time here, folks!

Prices are really low on some things, but you have to be careful.. they add ten percent at check out for their profits and then whatever tax is gets added too so its hard to judge your final price
