My visit to Cub Food like usual is very disappointing. Not only do you guys sell expired food on a regular basis when I point it out to your management staff they dont even make an effort to say they were sorry and Ive noticed in the past they dont even take the items off the shelf. The amount of money your company makes you should be embarrassed as a company to provide such disappointing shopping experience. And Id only the expired food issue is always your problem for us and our neighbors but the waiting lines with the retired people standing there with every might they have to wait for a cashier is embarrassing to say the least. We find the people at Hyvee are much friendlier and theyd deliver food they bag food and they always are willing to take it out to your car much like Kowalskis is. And I have never nor have my neighbors bought expired food from Kowalskis or Hy-Vee. We only shop at your store for convenience if we happen to be driving by and its very disappointing cuz we have been a customer for previous years like 14 years at your Stillwater location. This is my Cub of choice in the area. I think their meat department is better than the others. The people who work in that area (Gino especially) will go out of their way to help you whether it is a question about how to cook it or what to use with it. I love the manager specials that they have their in the meat department, I can find some great bargins. The store is bigger than the other ones so that give the customers a feel of openness. The other stores my chief complaint is that I feel like I am on top of the shelves and the people around me, not here! I will continue shopping at this store if I continue to get the deals, service and opportunity to.

Great newer store in our area! I was so happy to see Kathy in floral! She moved to this new store from the Cub I would shop at before. This location is in a better location for me. When I would shop with my kids at the other location, Kathy made my kids feel so welcome and important in the shopping experience. That is a key when taking kids shopping...empower them in a positive way, they are future customers! Thank you Kathy! As I shop at your Cub store, I see Kathy hasnt changed! Friendly and welcoming in the floral department. I find this store warm and welcoming from all of the employees thus far. Clean with a wide variety of groceries. You get 5

I have never seen a store with more expired food available for sale. Always check expiration dates!! I have found hamburger that was expired for 2 weeks, yogurt expired for 1 week, bags of salad expired for several days, and most recently moldy raspberries. This store needs to rotate their stock. I think I will return to the Maplewood Cub. This could be a really good store but its going to take employees who care!

New and clean. The layout is slightly different than other Cubs I frequent, so its just a tad disorienting. There is a ton of natural light that filters through the front of the store, which gives everything a nice sheen. Getting here (and leaving) can be a tad problematic, as the single point of entry/exit gets clogged with line ups on Buerkle plus folks wanting to turn into the Starbucks.

I love the lay out of the new store, i love how the veggies and fruits are more fresher compared to other cub foods. I have to add Ive also seen how nicely the management treats there employees which makes them give good service and thats something i wish all the cub foods has. I will drive the extra miles to come to just this cubs vs the other one near my house

Wow this place is impressive! nice new location and wow does it shine. Everything looks so nice and is presented so well. However the staff is so painfully unmotivated to do anything. I ask for gravy and I get an uuuuumm....maybe that way... um idk... Thats just not acceptable. I know its a new place and they need staff but oh my gosh, are they dense.

I love this store when it opened. Nice staff ,enough staff,clean. Wow how things have changed. Always low on most wanted items. Today .no large pasta shells. Really?? Produce is either low stocked ,out of stock or on the verge of being spoiled. Never enough cashiers. Going to another store. Cant wait for Hy-Vee coming to White Bear!

Clean, nice, newer store. This location doesnt seem to have a very large ethnic foods section, but certainly has all of the staples. The fresh meat is good, but if you really need good help from a butcher, the older guys seem to know their cuts of meat much better than the young ones.

Good selection of what I want. Veggie selection is a bit limited. The store is relatively new. Looks great. Nice layout. Friendly staff. Traffic on Burkle Road gets bad, especially when trying to turn in to white bear Ave.

I love my Cub! Well stocked, clean, impeccable displays in the seafood counter and bakery. Liquor store has knowledgeable staff and tastings. So glad this opened so close!

Do not buy the Tbone steaks value pack for 5.99 pound my dog would not even eat it. Tougher than leather. Probably the worst meet we ever had.
