Wow....I just had the rudest encounter over the phone with an employee. I called to inquire on a balloon order. They transferred me to their floral person. I began to ask the cost, and she interrupted me before I could complete my sentence and said $1.49. Ok...then I asked if they had navy blue and silver. She very rudely told me no. I asked if it would be possible to get that color. It was very apparent that this question upset her immensely. She was behaving so poorly that finally I said that I think I will just need to go elsewhere and she hung up on me. It was so bizarre! This woman must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed. If I were management, I would not want her interacting with my potential customers.

They cant figure out when their busy hours are and will only have one or two people working at the register. Not sure about some of the employees there either. Its like they dont care. Some heavy set girl just tossed stuff in my bag and smashed half of my food. Reviewing because this place has been great throughout the 20+ years Ive been here. But for the past 2-3 years the management and everything else is like they just dont care about you. Some of the older people who work there are great and take care of people properly. But there are only a few people working there that I actually like. Ill actually wait longer just so I can avoid some of the careless workers at the checkout.

The store is not laid out logically to my mind and the service is so so. Food selection is also so so. I once bought a couple pre made protein shakes that hasnt expired per the date but when I got and opened one 5 minutes later it was cottage cheese. Be wary of product quality that you cant visually inspect here.

The staff is very friendly! Every time I go in there Im disappointed with the produce. Often dont find what Im looking for; they just dont have it. I always have to wait ten minutes in line whether I have a cart full or one item. This store is my last resort for shopping.

Beware of expired items still on the shelves. Ive brought home dairy products only to find out they expired or the cheese was moldy (not the blue cheese). Same for canned goods. As long as you check the expiration you should be ok picking up items here.

Nothing major to complain about, but also nothing special to rave about. Their selection of products can be lacking depending on how specific your needs are, but overall its a convenient, affordable place to shop.
