I have been shopping here regularly for the last couple of years. Nice store, but when checking out you have to WATCH THE PRICES THAT THEY CHARGE YOU. It is common for "sale" items" not to ring up properly. Recently, I went in a purchased some Granny Smith apples @ $1.79 per pound. They rang up as Crab Apples @ $2.29 per pound. I pointed this out to the clerk who told me that he couldnt do anything about it. Obviously, I did not purchase the apples. I went in one week later and guess what - same problem. I am confident that if they had been undercharging customers by $.50 cents per pound they would have this problem fixed within 10 minutes. Each time I point out to their customer service desk a pricing problem, no one seems to take ownership and fix it. Dishonest and poor customer service. I am done going there. Never have these problems at Target or WalMart.

I have been going to this cubs for over 6 years and have never been humiliated like I was today I was racial profiled and harassed today Suzanne the cashier accused me of stealing came over and checked my bags at the self check out and told me more items were in the bag then what I had scanned..now I know the self check out weights you items so if more was in my bag it would have alerted her but she got no alert i literally had 7 items to cook dinner for me and my children nothing more so because she was going threw my bags which is not cub foods protocol I asked for the manager a Manger never came so I walked to the customer service lane and asked for the manager and was basically told that he could not put in a complaint I am so disgusted that I will never step foot in cub foods again

Service is consistently unwelcoming towards people of color and they should have more variety as a big chain store. If your establishment MAINTAINS a climate of color based prejiduce, youre not going to get a high rating or positive review from me. Its needs to be addressed corrected. Its ridiculous that strangers, consumers, citizens, clients, have to be exposed to negative experiences due to another strangers or group of strangers personal beliefs. Feel how you feel at home or to yourself but dont trouble strangers in society.. in commerce.. with your dislike of skin pigments. Thats not acceptable service or behavior anymore.

My familys main and favorite store to shop at. Great coupon and online deals, lots of selection, fresh foods, and always well stocked. I always visit their bakery area to pick up a fresh doughnut. Their fried chicken is also amazingly good for half of what you would pay at KFC. Definitely try it out if you havent already!!! Bathrooms can be gross but I barely use them anyway. Friday Freebie program is difficult to participate in due to limited availability and item obscurity at times. Personal gripe: I wish the Asian section was larger, I love the snacks and would like more in such a close store :P

The group at Cub are great!! Always working their tails off and they are always sociable and always smiling. Every Manager in their works just as hard if not harder than their employees. MY ONE COMPLAINT IS THE LIQUOR STORE ONLY BECAUSE THERE IS A GAL WHO WORKS THERE THAT WEARS ENTIRELY TOO MUCH PERFUME. YOU CAN SMELL IT IN THE ENTRANCE WHERE THE DOORS ARE CLOSED. THE ENTIRE STORE REEKS OF PERFUME. I CANNOT BELIEVE THE MANAGER DOESNT SAY ANYTHING. ITS BEYOND! IF YOU HAVE MIGRAINES, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

Customer service was outstanding! I had locked my keys,purse, and phone in my car. Tony (one of the managers ) from the liqour store. Called around for me to get someone to unlock it. Most places charged a min $75, I had just purchased the car, and was so strapped for money. I could not afford to pay that, it was then that he offered to call AAA auto and use his card. This servics was free, and it cost me a hug. Tony I thank you, there are still good people out there. Your the best!

Best local grocery store. This is a franchise from what I understand which seems to be reflected in the care of they take of displays, Etc. But the deli here is superb and has an amazing selection. They are always very busy so i recommend a tad of patience. They have a nice variety of organics and natural foods mixed in the sections. I think the variety is even better then the super target store. Nice fresh flower bouquets available, as well as hot self serve area in the deli.

I tried this store recently because it is closer to my home than the rainbow down the street. Nice selection and it seemed like good prices until I went to check out. None of the items rang up as the listed sale price. I found this to be very deceitful. When I questioned the cashier she stated she couldnt do anything about it. The good news is that rainbow and target isnt that much further. And their prices have always rang up as listed in my experience.

I have always found the staff and service here of the best quality. I have no complaint about the food offerings; produce, meats, deli or non-perishables. Recently I came into the store and the entry way smelled very bad...but I told a manager and he very courteously listened to me. When I left the store, the odor was gone! To me that is typical of the service here!

Inver Grove Heights has 2 cubs One on Cahill and one near West St. Paul on Robert Street I would suggest never going to the one in West St. Paul they have terrible service, bathrooms were disgusting, and the people were rude however the one on Cahill has always been a favorite of mine the people are kind. The bathrooms are clean,and the service is amazing!

The store is clean and offer a large selection of fresh veggies and fruits. There can be lines and I had a weird experience but it was with a customer. They offer many options for prepared food here and its very good. This store was re-modeled several years ago and has a liquor store and pharmacy as a bonus.

I love this Cub store because the people there are nice and helpful. Also they have a nice selection of food and other products. Their bakery and deli are great. Weve been shopping at this Cub since about 1995. Plus I appreciate that the have a pharmacy, health & beauty department.

Worst salad bar ever. They closed the Rainbow down the block for this dump? Old food, not nearly enough selections, and at a more expensive price? One star for the beef strips but nothing else even deserves a rating.
